We are an Inbound and Tour-Operating Specialist for Switzerland, owned by the Swiss Federal Railways, Switzerland Tourism and the Swiss Hotel Association.  Our London office based in the heart of Covent Garden offers a comprehensive product range for travel to Switzerland to tour-operators, travel agencies and direct customers.

We currently have two positions available :

GROUP TRAVEL SPECIALIST

PRODUCT COORDINATOR / ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR

 




 
PRODUCT COORDINATOR / ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR

This role includes two major aspects. As the assistant to the Director, you will be involved in all aspects of the running of the company and provide support in various projects and tasks. At the same time you will play an important part in the product department and contribute to the development and creation of our product portfolio (contracting, brochures, special offers, etc.).

 

 

This is an important role within the company and an exciting opportunity. This is what you should bring along:

 

  • Good communication skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with our partners

  • Administrative skills and experience in tour-operating or travel management (brochure production, contracting, sales, etc.)
     
  • Ability to work under pressure and set priorities
     
  • Knowledge of Switzerland and experience with social media is an advantage

GROUP TRAVEL SPECIALIST


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Specialist Group Department.  You will have ownership of operating groups from the sales stage, to writing itineraries, account managing and travelling with the groups to Switzerland where required.  The role has plenty of scope to grow and develop in a friendly, dynamic team environment which is highly motivated and professional.

Main tasks:
•    Sales and acquisition of new accounts and ad hoc groups
•    Design, quote and operate series and ad hoc groups (flights, hotels, transport)
•    Accompany the groups in Switzerland (if required)
•    Negotiating and confirming group contracts with international suppliers
•    Organise and attend workshops and trade shows


Requirements / skills:
•    Previous sales experience within the travel industry
•    Galileo and ticketing knowledge preferred
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Excellent English language skills.  Other European languages are an advantage
•    Knowledge of destination Switzerland an advantage
•    Experience in a similar role
