We are an Inbound and Tour-Operating Specialist for Switzerland, owned by the Swiss Federal Railways, Switzerland Tourism and the Swiss Hotel Association.  Our London office based in the heart of Covent Garden offers a comprehensive product range for travel to Switzerland to tour-operators, travel agencies and direct customers. We currently have the following positions available :

TRAVEL SPECIALIST FOR SWITZERLAND

Main tasks:

  •      Handling reservations and bookings from private clients and travel trade
  •      Issuing & sending out travel documents
  •     Dealing with general enquiries about Switzerland
  •     Sending out quotations, confirmations and tailor-made itineraries


Requirements / skills:

  •     Previous experience in travel industry an advantage
  •     Good GDS and ticketing knowledge (Galileo preferred)
  •     Excellent customer service skills
  •     Excellent English language skills
  •     Knowledge of destination Switzerland an advantage
  •     Experience in a similar role

GROU
P TRAVEL SPECIALIST


Main tasks:

  •     Sales and acquisition of new accounts and ad hoc groups
  •     Design, quote and operate series and ad hoc groups
        (flights, hotels, transport, etc.)
  •     Accompany the groups in Switzerland (if required)
  •     Negotiating and confirming group contracts with international suppliers
  •     Organise and attend workshops and trade shows

Requirements / skills:

  •     Previous sales experience within the travel industry
  •     Galileo and ticketing knowledge preferred
  •     Excellent customer service skills
  •     Excellent English language skills. Other European languages are an advantage
  •     Knowledge of destination Switzeland an advantage
  •     Experience in a similar role

ACCOUNT MANAGER RAIL


Main Tasks:

  •     Handling a portfolio of key accounts
  •     Sales, Ticketing and Invoicing
  •     Credit Control
  •     Acquisition of new business and development of new business opportunities
  •     with existing clients
  •     Training of sales staff and key accounts in product knowledge and ticketing
  •     Represent the company at trade shows and industry event
Requirements / skills:

  • Previous experience in rail industry is essential
  • Experience in account management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Knowledge of destination Switzerland an advantage
