'Deftig Barock' - 01 June to 02 September 2012

Featuring Baroque works by, among others, Pieter Aertsen, Valentin de Boulogne, Jacob Jordaens and from the present by Nathalie Djurberg, Maurizio Cattelan and Oscar Tuazon.


' Paul Gauguin - The Prints' - 28 September 2012 to 20 January 2013

Paul Gauguin is universally celebrated as one of the founding fathers of modern painting. What is far less known, however, is that he left a relatively small but diverse and innovative repertoire of graphic works, most of them woodcuts.
The exhibition will present almost the entirety of Gauguin's graphic work, with some 60 pleates of supreme quality and the utmost rarity.

The Kunsthaus
The Kunsthaus Zürich (Musuem of Fine Art) houses the most important collection of modern art in Zürich. International works of significance include many paintings by Edvard Munch, Van Gogh, Picasso and leading Expressionists. There is also a significant group of works by Claude Monet and Marc Chagall.
